Job Description

Our Lady of Hope Assisted Living and Nursing Community, located in Richmond, VA, is conducting a search for an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to provide the leadership and oversight of the day-to-day management of the entire campus. Our community consists of assisted living, long term nursing care, skilled rehabilitation and memory care.

Essential responsibilities include providing the leadership, guidance, and passion to implement high-quality, exceptional service for the residents of the community in accordance with our non-profit mission to serve with compassion, teamwork, respect, integrity and dignity.

Effective communication skills are essential.

Strong knowledge of regulations, guidelines, practices, and procedures pertaining to assisted living, memory care and nursing home operations is necessary.

Financial and budget acumen.

A strong results-oriented leader with critical thinking skills to continually move the community forward through executing a daily intentional plan to attract and retain compassionate leaders and caregivers.

Required Qualifications
Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with BS in healthcare or related degree.

Minimum of 3 years recent experience in successfully operating a skilled nursing facility as evidenced by outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with assisted living and memory care preferred.

Ability to grow as a leader within the company. The company’s headquarters are located in Roanoke, Virginia.
